UCD Marian Membership
We have moved our club registration and membership management system to GameDay for the coming season. This is the same system used by the national governing body for the sport, Basketball Ireland (“BI”), so you can register with both the club and BI at the same time. In prior seasons, the club completed the BI registrations for members but for the 2021/22 season onwards BI now require individuals to register directly with them. Total fees for 2021/22 are the same as for the 2020/21 season (before any credits) but they are now split between the BI fee and the club fee.
- The first section of the online registration form covers the BI registration. Please ensure you select ALL appropriate member types applicable to you, i.e. if you are a Player and a Coach please tick BOTH options.
- The second section of the form covers the club registration. Please select the relevant team you are registering for.
o If you previously registered for the 2020/21 season, you are entitled to a credit against your 2021/22 club fees so please select the Returning Player (Credit) Fee rate. If you are a New member for 2021/22 please select the New Player Fee rate
o Parents/guardians of underage children are registered as part of the child registration and are automatically registered members. We ask that special care be taken inputting registration data for the child as well as the parent/guardian.
o Tickets for the Basketball Ireland Annual Draw costing €25 are mandatory – this is an additional fundraiser for the club
o You can also order Playing Kit for the 2021/2022 Season (jersey, shorts and shooting top) at a total cost of €50
