- An ever-expanding underage programme which caters for boys from 8 to 18 under the guidance of the Director of Coaching and 2 new development programmes for beginners at U13 and U15.
- An expanding intra-mural programme in UCD coupled with increasing success at Colleges’ league and inter-varsity levels
- Significant contributions by Club administrators to the work and success of Basketball Ireland
